A series of three garbage cans and one utility box, these murals were completed for the 2023 Mural Walk. They feature abstract scenes of mountains and landscapes in bright colours, brightening these functional elements in Stan Clarke Park.
Artist Statement
Upon being asked by the Squamish Arts Council to paint 3 trash cans, I created 3 abstract pieces to add vibrancy and life to Stan Clarke Park. All 3 bins were painted freestyle with no prior design or concept. Keeping the colour pallete the same, I went to work with spray paint and tape.”
