Finch Drive – Call for Artists June 2024

The Finch Drive community is centered around building sustainably. Our duplexes and townhomes are Step Code 5, Net Zero ready, and use geothermal energy. The Levette condo is the first condo building in Squamish to have a solar panel upgrade package for the penthouses. The environment is always at the forefront of all our decisions at Finch Drive, and we want this art piece to demonstrate our commitment to sustainability.

Diamond Head Development & Finch Drive are looking for artists in the Sea to Sky to submit a design proposal to be featured on perforated metal as a focal point on the exterior of The Levette condo building on Raven Drive.

Deadline to Submit Proposal: July 31, 2024

Criteria: Must be an artist located in the Sea to Sky (Squamish or Whistler preferred)

How to Submit: Please email to info@finchdrive.com

What to Submit: Name, contact information, proposed design concept and the inspiration behind it, portfolio of past work, and the artist fee.

Details: The selected design will be featured on perforated metal on the front exterior of The Levette condo building. The design will be transferred onto the metal by a professional metal worker. See below to get a good idea of where your design would be located.
